Common questions

Monthly plans are billed every 30 days from your start date. Annual plans are billed once per year and receive a 20% discount off the monthly rate. You can switch between billing cycles at any renewal date.

We offer a personalized demo and a 14-day pilot period for qualified DevRel teams. Request early access and we'll set up a call to determine which plan fits your community before you commit.

A tracked contributor is any unique individual who has activity in at least one of your connected platforms within the data retention window. Bot accounts and team members with admin access are not counted against your contributor limit.

Monthly plans have no minimum commitment — cancel at any time. Annual plans are a 12-month commitment. Enterprise agreements are typically 12-24 months with custom terms.

Voxlink ingests public activity signals from GitHub and aggregate behavioral patterns from Slack/Discord bots. We do not collect or store sensitive personal information. Our data practices are designed to align with GDPR principles of data minimization and purpose limitation. Enterprise plans include a formal Data Processing Agreement.

We'll notify you when you're approaching 80% of your limit. You won't be automatically charged — we'll reach out to discuss upgrading your plan. Overage scoring continues on a best-effort basis during the notification period.
