Behavioral Scoring Engine

The intelligence layer for developer communities.

Voxlink's scoring engine ingests behavioral signals across platforms — commit cadence, message sentiment, role activity — and resolves them to a single contributor identity. DevRel teams see what's actually happening, not just what one platform reports.

The Scoring Engine

12 signals. One health score.

Voxlink's scoring model evaluates behavioral patterns across platforms, weighting each signal by recency against that contributor's personal historical baseline — so a 30% drop for a high-frequency contributor means something different than a 30% drop for someone who was already posting twice a week.

At-Risk Detection

Catch contributors before the 60-day cliff.

By day 60 of contributor inactivity, re-engagement success rates drop dramatically. Voxlink surfaces behavioral drift at 2–3 weeks — when outreach is still effective.

Alerts fire based on pattern detection, not just thresholds. A contributor who suddenly stops reviewing PRs while staying active on Slack signals something different than one who goes quiet everywhere at once.

Data & Security

Built with data privacy in mind.

Voxlink handles public GitHub signals and workspace data from Slack/Discord. Here's how we think about the data you trust us with.

Minimal data scope
We request only the OAuth scopes necessary to read community signals. We don't read private repositories, direct messages, or personal profile data beyond public handles.
Encrypted at rest and in transit
All data is encrypted using TLS 1.3 in transit and AES-256 at rest. Signal data is stored in isolated per-customer databases with strict access controls.
Contributor data handling
Contributor scoring uses public activity signals only. We do not aggregate sensitive personal data. Your team sees patterns, not surveillance.
Data deletion on request
Revoke Voxlink's OAuth access at any time. We will purge all ingested data for your workspace within 30 days of disconnection.
GDPR-aligned practices
Our data handling is designed to align with GDPR principles — data minimization, purpose limitation, and clear retention policies. We do not sell contributor data.
Enterprise controls
Enterprise plans include SSO/SAML, custom data retention periods, audit logs, and a dedicated data processing agreement. Contact us for details.
